UK Gov have published a step-by-step guide on how to do a COVID-19 rapid nose-only test at home, either for yourself or a child and how to report the results.
This test comes in a green and white pack with the Orient Gene brand on it and is different to the nose and throat test.
This test is for people who do not have symptoms of Covid-19. If you do have symptoms, you should take a PCR test.
This guide tells you how to:
prepare the test
take a swab sample from yourself or a child
process the sample
read and report the result
