The reasons we use your data

We will process the information you provide for the sole purpose of sending a weekly round-up email highlighting any new resources and information that we have added to Migrant Info Hub. Emails will be sent only when new content is available.

Why we are allowed to use your data

We are processing this data through your consent and you can withdraw this at any time. You can opt-out of email updates at any time by contacting us admin@migrationyorkshire.org.uk 

When the Migrant Info Hub project ends, we will delete your information within 12 months.

Who we can share your data with

We will store your information on a secure system operated by Leeds City Council. Any data shared with other agencies will be anonymised and will only be used for analysis, monitoring and evaluation of this specific project. We will not, otherwise, share your personal information with any third parties without your consent or unless required by law.

Who is the data controller for the personal data we collect from you?

Migration Yorkshire is based in Leeds City Council, and the council is the data controller for the information that will be stored.
