Just Good Work have partnered with the Association of Labour Providers and allianceHR programmes to create the Just Good Work app, a tool to help prevent modern slavery. It is now available in the UK as a free download for all workers, employers, labour providers and others.
It’s available in Kiswahili, Romanian, Gujarati, English and Bulgarian
The aim of the app is “to ensure every migrant and resident jobseeker and worker in the UK has access to clear and understandable information in their own language on their rights and responsibilities throughout recruitment and employment and access to help when needed. It is free for anyone in the UK to use!”
They are asking for people to share it as widely so it may reach those who are vulnerable to exploitative recruitment and employment practice.
