A new independent commission convened and funded by the Woolf Institute will be launched later in 2022.
It aims to:
Improve the refugee and asylum system, for a society where everyone, including refugees, feels welcome and integrated
Bring together opposing views and diverse experiences from across the UK – from refugees and local communities, faith and community leaders, security forces and healthcare professionals
Work to overcome differences to find common ground to fix the broken system with practical solutions
To be kept up to date with the Commission as it launches, holds hearings around the UK, commissions research, invites evidence and publishes findings and recommendations please register for email updates.
